NIAGARA FALLS – Drugs, cash and a Chinese-made SKS rifle were recovered from a Niagara Avenue home after police broke down the door in a raid early Friday.
Niagara Falls police and Niagara County Drug Task Force agents broke into the home at 5:30 a.m. and recovered crack cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine, along with two digital scales, the rifle and $870 in cash.
Devonte D. Sylvester, 20, of Niagara Avenue, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
City inspectors later condemned the house because of building code violations.
