A Normal Avenue man who cursed police officers sent to Rhode Island Street and Normal late Thursday was taken into custody for trying to sell bootleg DVD movies, authorities said. Julio Rodriguez, 33, was charged with sale of unauthorized devices and disorderly conduct.
