LeROY – A 20-year-old Leroy man was arrested Friday in connection with a burglary earlier in the day at a Mill Street business.
Bishop E. Williams of Lake Street is being held on three counts of third-degree burglary, petit larceny and criminal mischief. He is accused of taking part in the burglary sometime between midnight and 2 a.m.
According to police either Williams or a co-conspirator used a rock to break a window at the business then Williams allegedly entered the undisclosed business three times to make off with items. The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Livingston County K-9 Unit assisted in the investigation.
