A Crestwood Avenue woman is accused of slashing the front tire of a neighbor’s car during an argument early Wednesday evening.
Cecile P. Puckhaber, 33, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment about 7:30 p.m., shortly after the tire slashing and verbal threat to the neighbor, police said. Damage was estimated at $180.
