Officials of Hillery Park School 27 on Pawnee Parkway believe the person who removed and damaged 45 metal ties that keep 360 feet of chain-link fence connected may be trying to steal the entire fence, Buffalo police said Friday. Police said a neighbor noticed a white-and-red work van on the school property “many times.”
