HANOVER – A 44-year-old Ohio man was arrested on aggravated drunken driving and traffic charges after he was stopped on Allegany Road in this township by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies about 12:50 a.m. Sunday. Charles J. Hall, of Pearl Street, Sandusky, Ohio, was stopped initially for traffic violations and was found to have a blood-alcohol reading of over 0.18 per cent.
Before he was given appearance tickets for Hanover Town Court proceedings later this month Hall was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated because of his high blood-alcohol level, failing to keep right and making unsafe lane changes.
