OLCOTT – A pair of five and-a-half foot tall marijuana plants were found growing in the side yard of a Clinton Street residence Thursday evening, sheriff’s deputies said.
While police were in the area on an unrelated issue, a neighbor reported the two plants growing in plain sight in the yard of a neighboring home, deputies said. Deputies seized the pants but were unsuccessful in contacting the resident, instead turning the case over to the Niagara County Drug Task Force for further investigation.
