NIAGARA FALLS – A Linwood Avenue man arrested at gunpoint early Friday is accused of forcing his way into an Ontario Avenue home and threatening to shoot someone lying on a couch, police said.
Kenneth J. Hall, 23, who was arrested after a short foot chase through the neighborhood, police said, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree menacing, second-degree criminal impersonation, resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police, who went to the home about 7 a.m., said Hall bolted out a rear door, triggering the chase.
