A Frewsburg man charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Saturday was also found with a loaded rifle and marijuana residue in his vehicle, State Police said today.
Steven Cline, 32, was driving erratically on Frew Run Road in Frewsburg, authorities said, and failed sobriety tests upon being pulled over. He was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown, where his blood alcohol level was found to be .18, according to officials.
Cline was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and prohibitions on the use and possession of a firearm.
