DARIEN – Two people were arrested and nine others received appearance tickets Friday during the Kid Rock concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said.
One man charged with criminal mischief is accused of punching the window out of a vehicle, police said, and another was charged with assault after knocking someone unconscious, authorities said. The victim was transferred to Erie County Medical Center by Mercy Flight, authorities added.
Among others charges were driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol, according to officials.
