Two men were arrested on drug and hypodermic instrument charges in the McDonald’s Restaurant at 390 Niagara St. about 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, Buffalo police said.
Joseph Spicola, 22, of Irving and Siles Preishel, 19, of Gowanda, were charged each with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Police said they found several hypodermic needles with heroin residue. Spicola also was charged with tampering with physical evidence, for allegedly trying to hide the needles in a bathroom waste basket.
