LOCKPORT – Two Niagara Falls men have been indicted in the Feb. 17 burglary of an electronics store.
Ramses Cruz-Cartagena, 22, of 17th Street, pleaded not guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court to third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree grand larceny.
On Monday, Xavier T. Faura, 18, of Portage Road, was arraigned on the same charges.
Jamarius D. Scott, 21, of Linwood Avenue, pleaded guilty April 3 to a reduced charge of attempted third-degree burglary. The trio are accused of stealing two laptops and five cellphones after smashing the window of NYC Jewelry and Electronics Outlet, 1605 Pine Ave.
